:help:
I need your help gents. I was at the range today and seen a nice arrow made by Easton called XX75 GameGetter.(I checked the '07 Easton catalog and it says it's new). The arrow is all black an would look great with 5" white and yellow feathers in my quiver on my HUNTER. The shaft had the number 400 on it. I shoot LEGACY'S, 2016 and would like to know what size is equal to my Legacys. These arrows come in size 500, 400, 340, and 300. The catalog doesn't give to much info concerning the weight. :wavey:
I am pretty sure the 500´s are the same as 2016.
I seen this on the net several times.
500 = 2016
400 = 2117
340 = 2315
300 = 2317
Hope that helps
I know for certain the 500's are the equivalent to 2016's and the 400's are to the 2117. If you look close on the shaft, it'll say "made of 2016 componets" for the 500 size. Same saying on the 400's exept they are based on 2117 specs. I've been using the 400's and have looked at the 500's myself. So far the are pretty tough shafts.
bowhunterinchile is correct that is how they are listed in the Easton catalog.
Yep 2016=500,
I've been using the new black ones for 3 months now, and so far I'm really impressed!
Tough and not that hard on my student-wallet!
Thanks Easton :wavey:
What is for 1916?
Hawgslayer...buy them soon. I saw that Easton is offering a $20 rebate on them right now.
Thanks DaleinOhio for the heads up. I'll let you all know how they shoot after I get them and fletch them with 5" feathers.
1916 is a .623 Easton spine.
I just striped the Vanes off a new doz today. 6 Will be Flu Flu and 6- 5" LW . Hope they hold up to the stumps. J.Michael
