Title: Kira asked
Post by: TexMex on June 09, 2007, 02:54:00 PM
I came home from work the Wednesday -tiried- and my daughter suprised me by asking if she and her friend Sidney could do some shooting in the back.
Woe! I was not tired anymore    I jumped up strung a couple of bows and grab some arrow and my camera.

Just had to share with the family.

That is great Juan, I know you are proud. I feel the sme way when my grandson comes over and asks if he can shoot. No matter how tired I am that perks me up. Looks like the girls had a really good time.

It's funny how fast one can be revived when the kids want to do something of shared interest. Looks like they had a good time.

I hope they get hooked. My wife took archery in high school.
There is a book, "Archery, Steps To Success", by Haywood and Lewis; they might enjoy.
It's a text book format with plenty of pictures, explanations, reviews, and tests.

Thanks for sharing, proud Papa.

Great pictorial, Juan. I enjoyed seeing it. I did look through, twice, trying my best to work out a Full Draw or two, but maybe next time - LOL. As I recall, I think Kira is on my early TBD pages, but always ready for more FDs. As was said, good form shown by the girls.
