I have an opportunity to hunt at First Point Bowhunting in Sabinal, TX Jan. 6th-9th, 2008. I would have the opportunity to hunt trophy class whitetail, hogs and turkey. If I go, this would be my first out of state hunt, and I'm hoping that maybe some of you have had experience with this bowhunting service. I would be confined to a certain area (pasture) for the hunt, and assume that I would need to hunt from a pop up blind or a natural ambush point. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hope it is o.k. to post this link, and that I am in the right forum for this subject.

I've hunted hogs there and there's plenty of them there. Haven't hunted deer although I've seen plenty while there. Any animal on the place has seen just about every set-up imaginable and they don't get all grown up making stupid mistakes. Go to texasbowhunter.com look in the "rate the day lease" section there's been alot of discussion on it there.
We hunted Pigs and Javilina there with Palmer right after the PBS Texas convention.
The accomodations were good for the price. We didn't take any animals due to very wet weather which grounded us half the trip. We saw hogs but would not be able to follow due to the torrential rains.
