Very nice John! Good luck!!
Awesome looking bow John. Your craftsmanship never ceases to amaze me. I look forward to seeing you next weekend!
Interesting treatment on that top nock John. That's using your noggin.
Good luck in the Challenge. You'd enjoy deer hunting in Deans honeyhole. It's a beautiful place.
Nice Job John....... Terry
Very nice John. That's what I call getting all of the goodie out of that piece of wood. Pat
Wow! That bow just looks deadly!
  :notworthy:
Is the stringing overlay on the upper limb made from osage also?
Is there any kind of tip overlay on the lower limb?
John that looks great, and it looks like you've adressed the criteria pretty well too. Great job.
David
Good luck in the challenge John...dont know how you get so much out of them skinny staves but it's impressive to say the least. :notworthy:
Very nice, John. Looks promising.
Really like it!
Thanks folks. I have been really slow in the bowmaking department lately. I'm hankering to get building again. I donated a copy of last year's bow to St. jude's so I guess I get my wish.
Last Arra, yes it is osage. I like to make really thin slices of osage and then laminate them for tip overlays. That makes a neat pattern when dyed but also allows them to conform to the tip if you don't get it perfectly flat. There is no overlay on the bottom.
Looks good, John. Jawge
Very nice!
