Title: Sinew Substitute?

I know that nylon thread and superglue makes a great substitute for sinew when reinforcing self nocks, but I've been wondering: would it be enough to hold a trade point onto an arrow like I've seen sinew used for?

Sure if the trade is glued in place first.

What's an appropriate glue for gluing the trade in place?

Heck 2 part epoxy, CA glue, pine pitch, birch tar, fish glue, hide glue, ferrel tite....
