Here's something for you Shrew Shooters to look at.
I just got them in and I'm very pleased with the quality. I've got one on my bow already and it's the cats meow

NICE!!!!!!!
That is a nice touch, but if you start selling little leather shrew shaped sliencers for the string, I may have to turn in my card... :goldtooth:
Maybe someday this guy will own one? (http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f143/4runr/Tradgangevents002-2.jpg)
Now those are just plain eye candy. Beautiful!
Dave in Ft. Collins, CO
Kenny, I would have owned it today if you'd just put Vermonster's Shrew in my bow case :biglaugh: Doc
Anytime you want to shoot it, you know where it is and I'll even feed you again. :goldtooth:
WOW! Ron I don't own a shrew anymore but I would not mind that on any bow I shoot! Great quiver ya got there to go along with a great bow.<><
Awesome Ron. I may have to consider a bow-quiver again...why do you keep doing this to me?!
Looks good Ron!!
Dang Ron
Thats over the edge, it holds darn near enough arrows now for me. 5 is almost there. :D
Brent
Brent, if you can't kill em with 4 by the time you pull out the 5th arrow they're long gone :biglaugh:

Nice quiver Ron, I got 4 made by that guy. They work great. Don
Ron, Those are awsome looking. Thanks for talking me into waiting for one of those beauties. You will have my order shortly. Unless you will have some at Comptons then I might just wait and pick one up there.
I will have to be getting one for my Super Shrew.
Very nice Mr. LaClair!
Cheers,
Donavan
Man just when I thought I had my mind made up to stay with the Mantis type quiver you go and do this to me. Ron - I think your an alright guy but my wife is realling starting to cringe when I mention your name and the check book in the same sentence :biglaugh:
That's a real good looking quiver Ron. Is it made by the same company that makes the 'Kanati' quiver for Three Rivers Archery's Tomahawk bows?
-LP
The Kanati quiver is made by John Dills of Anneewakee Archery. John is an excellent crafstman as his quivers attest. The quiver he makes for me is the Kanati with the Shrew logo making it the Shrew Custom quiver. :archer:
I've always used a bow quiver most of the time, for several reasons, so I've got many different kinds.
Here's my newest....I really like it. Very well crafted, stays put real well, doesn't vibrate on the shot, easy in and out with the arrows, and looks dandy too.
Here's a few pics with 3 Zephyr Sciroccos, and a Zephyr Sasquatch.....all safely under the hood.
Now I have a permanent Shrew Quiver for my Super Shrew Samurai....and I'm tickled!

Nice looking rig you got there Terry. I need to get me one of those quivers for my Shrew bows.
NICE!!!
Yep, no more swapping quivers on this bow anymore....its a 'rig' now. :goldtooth:
Terry,
How long are your arrows and what length Shrew ? The reason I am asking is when I was down at JC's a few weeks back he was showing me these nice new quivers, but they sometimes come out with the arrows below , or close to the end of the lower limb tip ??? He had a 4" offset bracket for his Morrison that puts the hood 4" higher up. Pics are on another thread on here, just cannot remember which thread ???

That looks great!
Can't wait for my new Super Shrew and Shrew Custom to get here :D . Very soon now.
Cheers,
Donavan
Is there a size difference in the hood of the Kanati/Shrew quiver and the hood of an Eagles Flight quiver?
Terry,
What a great write up! It hit home with me in a great way! I guess it would though, since I build the Kanati Bow Quiver. We are glad to build the Shrew Custom quiver line for Ron LaClair and his fine line of Shrew bows. I am the owner or chief laborer of the company called Anneewakee Archery. We have been building these quivers for 2 years come August. We are proud first to uphold quality in fine leather working to turn out quality bow quivers. Our goal is to build the finest hand crafted quivers on the market. Thanks for the great pictures. Your quiver looks great on your Shrew.
No Cams,
The Shrew Custom quiver works well on shorter bows. I have a 58 inch Shrew that I can load 29 inch arrows without nocks in the dirt if you know what I mean.
Two Arrows,
The Kanati Bow Quiver uses a special foam hood replacement that is exclusive to only our quiver. While the Eagles Flight quivers are nice the Kanati / Shrew quiver is a diffrent quiver all together. Feel free to contact Ron LaClair or Anneewakee Archery for more details if needed.
I'll be a gittin one for my Samarai.
Terry, you got the bleeders in those heads?
 I don't own a Shrew but I took a peek anyway.
Very Nice!
Jim,
Yes sir.
You guys are killing me with all this shrew talk and the new quiver and pictures and all. I just ordered my first shrew last month and still have a long wait. Looking forward to shooting the new 54"er.

Mr. LaClair,
The quiver looks great. The only problem I see is in the pics of the quiver on your bow, the bow is wrong handed! ;)
Bill
Reckon I'll be getting me one as well,
Hermit
This picture was sent to me by Dan Smith to show how he likes to mount his Shrew quiver. With the hood on the back side it allows the arrows to be more in line with the limb of the bow. It's nice to have a choice.

Well Bill, Ron just solved that problem for ya. LOL Thanks for posting Ron. For me hunting out of a tree this quiver position gives me a little more room to manuver the bow. And I think it looks better. JMHO. Out Door Dan
