It's still under construction... Its just the seal coat... Need to break out the steel wool, Write on it!!!  apply a few more coats... do the strikers.... put in the glass sound board and then cover it up with slate....

The one on the left is my contribution for the St. Judes Auction..

The one on the right is my goto call...

Nice calls,, I've just begun building turkey calls and so far I really enjoy it. I've been wanting to do some pot calls. JB

By glass.. do you mean real glass or a fiber glass substance? That is beyond cool though!

Thanks... I am no pro

It will be real glass sound board glued inside   (its a lil smaller and  is spaced between the the top slate and the bottom of the call..... it just helps with giving a higher pitch but still sounding realistic...     (http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a6/sgtslasher/DSCN2752_1.jpg)

All I can say is it gives a nice (Hi-Lo)two tone sound

Glass on top works but well, but is really higher in pitch and doesn't sound as real to me...  but since I am ruff on stuff... 1/8 in glass does break pretty easy... but being in the middle it works well

I'll get some more pics up as it progresses...
