I really like those Brush Bows myself. Congrats
Congrats and welcome to the club! Mark and Sandy sure do make sweet bows don't they?I received my second Brushbow Tuesday "Old Blood and Guts" silver black dymondwood riser maple limbs and black glass. Not as pretty as my first but my kind of bow.
Mark ya know where to send it when ya get bored with it. Great shooting my friend and a very sweet little girl.<><
Mark what arrows are you shooting out of her? I just got done bareshafting carbons. They are 35/55 golg tip traditionals cut 27 5/8 with a 250 grain fieldpoint. Boy they fly like darts.
Nice!!!
very nice colors on that bow man and It looks like a sweet shooter
Hey mark,
Best of luck with your new bow. I have a Hornes Mountain TD recurve that shoots like a dream. Mark and Sandy sure are a credit to Trad Archery.

Mark - I bet there's a real Texas size tale behind the purchase of that Brush Bow!! I know you'll really enjoy it, it's surely a piece of work!
Beautiful bow Mark! We are to assume that shootin' was yours and not the little one's right? LOL. Sweet, the bow and the little one.
Thanks for all the compliments fellas! Yeah the shootin was mine, but the little one holdin the bow shot an arrow through my heart 5 years ago and I have been in love ever since! She is the reason my world turns!
Frank, if I ever get bored with it brother, it will likely be because I found a better Horne bow! ;) But I think this one is a keeper regardless!
Bentpole, I am shooting CX heritage 150's cut to 29" BOP with 50gr brass inserts and 145gr points. They fly perfectly out of this "mighty mouse".
Gary, Yep it is true! When I was in TX huntin the Victoria ranch with Mark and Curtis I tried one out and the rest is history. It sure didn't help any always lookin at pics of all those poor Hogzillas that fell to your sons Brush Bows....but then again after shooting with Curtis for a little bit and watching him shoot all of our bows and bows of the other fellas there, I am convinced Curtis could break a branch off of a mesquite tree and string it with baling twine and kill something with it! Just gives me something to aspire to!
Mark,
Hey buddy it was good to see you again at the Chamberlain shoot last month. That's a beautiful bow, I want to be 1st in line when your done with her. There's a broadhead 3-D shoot on the 19th if you want to hook up. it's in chino.

Mark, that bow is gorgeous and that little lass is an angel! :)
WOW, almost thought it was a niece of mine, I had to double check to see it was'nt my sister posting and joined.
Mark,
Some guys have all the luck!!! :biglaugh: I have a 64",50# Traditionalist on order since March 1st. I was able to stop at Mark's shop when I was on vacation in Dallas the last week of February. Mark makes some great bows!!! Mark & Sandy are great people to work with also. I was wondering how long it took to receive your bow. When I ordered mine, Mark said 3 months, which means the beginning of June. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Looking at your beautiful bow makes the wait a whole lot harder though.
Bill
Mark,
Your thread must have brought me good luck!! I just checked my e-mail,and I had one from Horne's Archery. Sandy said my bow was finished and should ship by the end of the week. :biglaugh: I can't believe my luck. That was also really fast. Just a little over 2 months. Horne's service is top notch.
