I arrowed this Gobbler at 0615 second day of season. The jake decoy was 12ft out from blind. Three fine gobblers came in and strutted between the decoy and the blind. Shot was about 6ft at most. Bird was 23lbs 10.50" beard. It was raining and still kind of grey so not the best picture. Double Bull blind sure worked great again. We got four birds from it in four days, third year in a row for four birds first four days. Eleven Gobblers came to calls in the four days, four killed out of blind.
Man that is sweet!! Congrats on a nice bird.

Way to go Dave!
Great Job Dave, The season has been tough here in MO.
Thanks guys!! Just wish we could take more than two a year, I love this turkey stuff. John, it sure would be great if my buddies from south of the border could come up here and buy a license over the counter. Cause we could getr done many times over. My spots are just crawlin with birds an nobody to shoot em. Our law states you must take an 8hr turkey huntin course before you can buy a license, even for non residents. A real pain for non residents as the courses are all during the winter months and who's gonna drive up here to take a turkey hunting course?
Fantastic! Way to go Dave. You sure you didn't run him down in the thick stuff? LOL! Congrats! CK
Congrats Dave!
