I had my nock set right but didn't write down where it was. My serving got messed up and the nock started moving. I had it reserved and now my bareshaft seems to hit low no matter what. 1/4"-5/8" seems to be the same. I thought it was originally set at 3/8" and on sunday I set it there and it seemed to be right but today it hit low every time compared to the fletched shafts. Any ideas? Could my arrows fitting tighter on the new serving be causing problems?
Thanks, Ron
If the serving is thicker and or thinner than before it may be your release at anchor and adjusting your brain and fingers communication to new thickness, kinda like a pressure switch. make sure you hit your same anchor as with other serving, I have found it all starts with the fingers ,,Just had the same problem..And I do believe that the tightness or looseness on the nock my have a little to do with it.. but I would make certain of anchor point first, that is if nock height definitely is the same as before...weird how our brains program..
