Hey guys haven't heard much from anyone here lately. Just curious as to waht you are all doing to prep for the September bear hunt.
Personally I'm doing alot of bow tuning and trying different arrow combos to find what is working best, practice shooting, waiting on new bows, and generally going over my mental checklists in my head.
Won't be long now Guys!
Same here bro, cant wait.Ill be doing the same as you, lots of shooting practice, playing with arrow weight and broadhead types and waiting to see if i draw my bull moose tag if so it will be a bear and moose combo hunt.
I have all of my arrows made and ready to go as I am heading out on Tuesday to Texas for a hog hunt, back on the first of May then onto the mountains of Idaho on the 5th for a spring bear hunt till the 14th. Then some family time during the summer and keep practicing till September rolls around with deer season right around the corner.
Oh yeah, I need to finalize my share of the food for the trip:)
Rick
