Very very nice. I like pecan, reminds me a great deal of bitternut hickory.
You do nice work, Jeff. How's your autumn shaping up down there? My sister was in Auckland for a month or two several years back. Still talks about New Zealand's beauty, everywhere you'd look, she says, it takes your breath away. From what little I've had a chance to see, I'm inclined to wholeheartedly agree.
hey every one thank you for your kind words it is going to take a while to finish as i got to make some pegs to peg the blade in the handle and then i will stain the handle with a pigmented stain which should bring out the grain in the wood if not. s..t happens and back to the drawing board dennis i got the blades from jantz supply. man they got so much stuff there it aint funny. when iam finished i will get ron to post some pics. :notworthy: :notworthy: :campfire: :archer:
