Title: easter egg dye arrow

Could not resist trying my kids easter egg dye on a feather, red came out pink. Have not trimmed or wrapped nock.

A red sharpie will turn it the red the rest of the way. I also tried Cool Aid and food color die with the same results.  :)

I've been tinkering with RIT dye lately, used some to stain some new shafts. Bet the scarlet would look good on those feathers...it's a neat deep red color if you mix it with rubbing alcohol and go heavy on the dye & light on the alcohol.

Good lookin' arrow you got there, happy Easter.

DUDE,,  I could never shoot pink on my arrow,, I'd never hear the end of it,,,LOL,,, Hey it looks like it worked out great.

I shoot pink a lot-all you have to do is keep them in the 12 or 10 spot-nobody laughs at that!  I just wish mine hit in the 10 spot once in a while!
