the arras arent done yet, i just finished the "dipping" process, hopin to shoot it on sunday if my shoulders good
total cost.......-65 for a bow and ahalf dozen gamegetters,
bow specs are 40 lbs @28, and its durn quiet, and suprisingly fast quite the deal!
Nice deal, but are you sure it isn't a recurve with a string that is a tad to short for it? What is the make and model?
thats what i thought at first, but when i unstrung it it doesnt have the recurves extreme tips, it says its an outdoor sports manufacturing impala, heres a pic of it unstrung....

yup, have to agree with you there.
'Monster, back in my day (mump, mump, gum and garble, wipe my rheumy eyes...) they were called "semi-recurves". Lots of old Bears were made like that, I have a couple of Bear "Flickers" that were made for Sears with those lines. R/D longbows? Just a rediscovery of a sweet design.
Good find, monkeybrains!
Killdeer
Killie I almost wrote something very similar to what you just did. Except the back in my day part. LOL
I think some of those where called Long curves also....
That is way back in Killys day....
Monkey Brains? Now was that nice Killdeer? Sounded almost a little testy.
