Yep, that's puuurrttty!!!
Very! - Pretty bow to start with too.
And a good looking BBO at that. What kinda glue didja' use?
Nice work! Thanks for sharing. If you would be so kind I'd like to know the procedure to get them to adhere to the bamboo. Must need to get down past the waxy rind. Take care, Matt
Matt, I sand most of the rind off then I go over it with 80 grit paper to rough it up a bit. I wet the skins and pat them dry. I use tite bond3 on the limbs. Ispread an even coat on the limbs and then lay the skins on and try to get the pattern straight running down the limb. Then take your finger and keep smoothing the skins out so you dont get any air pockects under them. use and
BUCK,
GLENN JUST CALLED ME AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE BOW YOU HAVE POSTED. HE SAID HE HAD IT IN HIS HAND TODAY. I MUST ADMIT, IT IS A MUCH BETTER LOOKING BOW THEN WHAT HE COULD DESCRIBE. GREAT JOB ON THE SNAKE SKIN. I AM NOT SURE WHEN, BUT GLENN WILL BE GIVING YOU A CALL THIS WEEK ABOUT WHEN WE MIGHT STOP BY AND TALK OVER A FEW THINGS. I LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU FINALLY AND LOOKING AT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. TALK TO YOU SOON.
