Title: And you have practiced for two years?
Post by: buckeye_hunter on March 23, 2007, 09:34:00 PM
I just bought my 7 year old daughter her 1st bow.  I let her shoot it the other day and she bulls-eyed her first shot (from 3 feet away).  Then she looks at me and says, "I hit the bulls eye on my first shot...you don't do that and how long have you practiced, like 3 years?"  I might regret getting her that bow   :biglaugh:  ...Charlie

Just tell her that "The older you get,The harder it is to do things"

It works for me.....

Charlie, Our problem with shooting is that we think too much. Kids don't think about what they are doing, they just do it. Watch most kids when they pick up a bow for the first time, their form is good and they usually shoot pretty well.  Pat
