Title: Looking for leather bow grip material
Post by: traditionalkid131 on March 19, 2007, 07:42:00 PM
I am in need of some leather material for a leather grip. Where can I purchase some at? Looking for a darker material like Buffalo hide or similar. Also, am looking for some sinew or similar material to stitch the grip together.  Where do you guys get all your material? If anyone has some extra they would like to sell let me know.

Eric

Pick up some old purses, boots, coats....many leather items in thrift stores that will yeild a lot of handle, striker plate, and rest material.  And it's cheap too.
