I think I am going to buy this bow next week @ 40# and pick up some 50# limbs for 100$ the bow is 199$ an I really like the price. does anyone have any opinions on this bow and any recomendations for similary priced takedown recurves.
If this is the same Deer Master sold by Lancaster Archery, it's made in S. Korea by Samick. Samick's main focus is target bows. They build top end target recurves that are used by many international competitors. I think their website is samicksports.com.
Could be another "Deer Master" entirely but the two bows look identical to me. Lancaster sells it under the company name "Chiron" (pronounced Kiron), while 3R's is "Great Tree".
Supposed to be a decent entry level production bow.
IMO, watch the Trad Gang Classifieds for a used Chek Mate Hunter II or Hunter I. Spend a little more and get a lot more for it...
