It appears that you have mixwd the colors? neat.
Who does not? That is how all Flemish strings are made unless I am seeing something different than yo are?
Bob Urban
Looks like you braided the tag end back into the string. Makes a nice line.
Dennis
Looks like you married white string to color and color string to white.
Don't think that I see where tag end was braided.
I like the color choice. And yours has no "frays" showing. Cool looking string there I'd say! Well done.
I like it. Ok now spill the beans..........
Mark
Looks good from here. I've seen several done like that, and have done it myself. I usually put the constrasting strands of a padded loop in the opposite bundles for a similar effect.
Chad
I do that with mine for a bit fancier look.
okay, for those of us who don't yet make our own...what are we missin out on here??
When he marries the tag ends into the main bundles, instead of putting the white with white and maroon with maroon, he did the opposite--changes up the regular "barber pole" look.
Chad
But you must do a couple or three "conventional" twists, then start your red/white combo. Otherwise, the loop will be loose where it first comes together.
but i like barber poles...

Nice lookin' string and good explanation.
That looks like one of those strings with the adustable loops to me. I bought a couple at the Kalamazoo show.
The brand was Hunter's Niche and they were in the Predator booth.
Thanx everybody :) Just as Chad said (LBR) ,, white with red and red with white ;)
Gene ,, I dont do any "conventional" twists ,, and they are very tight Loops ;)
