I just recieved a beautiful custom knife that I purchased from hunter83 at out classifieds section. I'm here to say that Chris is a HECK of a good guy, and this piece of steel will serve me very well for years to come. I took some pictures of it, but because I shoot film, it will be a few before I can post pics of it. All I can say is that I won't do business with anyone but gangers anymore if I can avoid it.
Thanx Chris!
Jeff
I have a couple railroad spikes from Kennecott Mine in AK. We picked them up when we visited the mine. The mine shut down something like 80 years ago but the railroad was built around 100 years ago. I had a knife and a hatchet head made from two of them. Very cool history. Can't wait to see your knife.
Jeff, Thanks for the positive feedback. You were a pleasure do business with as well! Enjoy the knife.
Chris
Rail rod spikes? I got to see he pics, bet there nice sized blades!
Snailskin, could you please post pictures of the hatchet. I saw a picture of one a long time ago and it was a really nice looking hatchet I would like to see one again. Thank you. Brokenwing

Jeff
Makes mine look a little under the mark!
Very nice!
Sorry about the harassment :smileystooges:
:archer:
Both knives are great. It takes alot of work to produce something like that. Good job to all involved
No worries about the harrassment-----it wouldn't be any fun around here if we didn't poke a little fun from time to time.
I actually wish my knife had a wooden handle---I'm afraid it might be a little cold on the fingers come winter.
Jeff
So, I think this one might have to go to the trading block........I'm horrible that way.
Man, that is one cool looking knife!!!!!!!!!!!!!
