Hey guys I wanted to post on here an idea I had that I am pretty proud of. I know sounds like I am tooting my own horn and you know what I am.
I had a Black Hole target that over the last two years has been really shot up. I am new to Trad but my compound put it through the ringer. The center was shot out and it was stoping my big fat wood arrows for awhile but even now I get pass throughs with it. Looking at all of the foam made me sick to send it to the landfill so......
I spent $1.50 on a burlap bag and 6 bucks on a thing of window screen. I cut the retaining straps on the Black Hole and pulled all of the foam out. I shoved the foam in the bag and then on the front side of it I lined it with the screen. I sewed it shut with some plastic wire ties and that is it.
WORKS GREAT! I now have a nice big hanging bag target for 7.50 and no foam in the land fill.
Just wanted to pass on a new "Green" target idea.

Yep good Idea.
Good idea i stuff old feed bags full of wal-mart bags. That's my idea of recycling.
