OK where do yall get your tapered shafts from????
Im in the process of ordering some cedars from world class bows. They make the wapiti bow. I would do a google search for world class bows. They have tapered cedars listed under their wood shafts... this is my first time dealing with this company.
Jim Curlee, Pine River, MN. Custom tapered shafts and arrows. Don't know if he has a website or not, but he's one of the best in the business.
I got some tapered shafts of Jim Curlee and they were some of the best shafts I ever shot
Elite Arrows Bloomfield Hills, Michigan
I've been getting my shafts from Raptor Archery this year. They have a good selection, good price and are a sponsor of the TradGang.

Wissler
same as wingnut, I get my shafts from Raptor Archery..
Here is contact info for Jim Curlee. 507-356-8857. He is the best for tapered POC. Just bought a bunch from him last week. Great guy and great product. All his shafts are hand spined and grain weight matched, plus hook straightened. You won't find better.
Jim's email is: curleejim@pitel.net
I've also heard good things about Jim's arrows.
Ive just finished building my first set of tappered arrows using tappered shafts from 3 Rivers.
As usual, the 3R service was exellent and these arrows fly better than any other shaft I've ever shot from this bow.
That includes both alloys and carbons.
There's no way I'm ever shooting a parallel shaft again.
