I decided that I really liked the "D" bow shape and style, however, I really like the performance characteristics of a mild R/D. SOOOOOOO, I butchered and stole some of the best attributes of both and came up with my current creation.
Specs:
Red Elm Limbs
Black Walnut Riser
Black Walnut and Bloodwood Overlays
Rattlesnake Skin Arrowhead on Each Limb (Midlimb)
Black Leather Grip
Hill Style grip with slight Locater
R/D design--very mild (similar to a Purist)
48# @ 28"
Bow is quick and shoots where it points
No handshock whatsoever.
