What problem are you having?  The one I have came with instructions for changeing the piece that lets you do three or four fletch.  Other than that, I just had to experiment a bit to get the right adjustment so the fletching would contact my arrow good.  Just took a couple of practice runs.

I don't own one, but it seems to be constructed the same as a Bitz, only of different materials. The two adjustment knobs should allow you to make a perfect fit of the fletching to the shaft. You will need to adjust it when you change shaft sizes, but as long as you use the same size shaft, it will keep cranking them out.

Experiment a little, and show us how it goes!

Like stated above adjust it to the shaft.
Just put a nocked arrow shaft in the jig and experiment till you get good contact along the shaft at the angle you like.

one good thing about the grayling is the glue doesn't stick to the clamp.

I have a Grayling that I bought almost ten years ago. Can't tell you how many arrows I've fletched. Never once had a problem. But like ALW said, a few practice runs are in order, there are a few fine adjustments that can make a big difference.

What problems are you having?
