I recently purchased a used Woodchuck taper tool. It didn't come with any instructions, but it did come with replacement sanding discs. For those of you that have or have used a Woodchuck, what is the procedure for changing a sanding disc?
As always, thanks in advance fellas.
my replacements have adhesive on them so i just peel the old one off and center the new ones and stick them on
My replacements had adhesive on them also, just peel off the old dics then clean the sticky residue off the tool and apply the new dics.
Yep, what was said above, but let me add....duck when you turn it on just in case the disc decides to leave the house. :biglaugh:

Thanks guys. Are you removing the motor from the base to do this?
No need to remove the motor.
Sometimes there is adhesive residue on the disk plate from the old sanding disk, I clean it off with acetone or denatured alcohol to prevent any bumps.
^ That. Wipe the plate with acetone before applying the new pad.
