No, they were made by Lance Coleman bout 20 years ago.

That fletching looks like it was cut by pinking shears....are they louud?

Roger, I never owned them.... just took a pic.  They might be, and they might just be show arrows.  That pic was taken about 20 years ago, and I just lucked into finding it.
