Just saw a thing on the putor where a hunter walked into a "lost" arrow...
He was hunting in a remote area of Colorado when he walked into the arrow,
piercing his leg above the knee. He had to be air-lifted out.
Just a reminder... Everyone be safe out there!!
I saw that too. Very freakish accident if you ask me. Most bowhunting injuries are self inflicted, getting cut on a broadhead, broken shaft, tree stand fall, etc... This time of year in the North East, I'd be looking for timber rattlers before they den up for the winter. With the leaves falling and covering the woods, they pretty much blend in. Be safe and stay strong.
