Any input on the originals (Craig Potter) version and also the new owner.

Craig made a decent design and I have shot one of those for a while. David and Tracey Balowski bought it over ten years again from dick who did not do anything with the design. Tracey who is the bowyer eloquently smoothed the design and made a torrent model based on the original design. I have multiple bows from Tracey and dave and have another on order to pursue a Cape buffalo in a year or two.
I have take downs and standard bows in there classic model and torrent models of longbows. I don't shoot recurves typically but the similar design on the riser would definitely work and have friends that shoot there recurve and love them.
Tracey and dave are wonderful people and they make a fantastic product.
Good to hear from you Rob!

Tracey and Dave are very very fine people.
The new owners are great people. They make awesome youth longbows, haven't tried the adult version but would not hesitate to order an adult bow from them.
Tracey and David are great people that make really nice bows that shoot very well. My Grandsons and I have 6 SJR longbows between the 4 of us. We have a lot of fun shooting their bows.
Thanks

More specifically looking for input on the original bow (Craig Potter) with carbon core limbs.
