Have thoroughly enjoyed the interesting trail cam pics which have been captured over the past years. I found myself checking out the yearly Trail Cam topic weekly.
I would hope that others have incurred similar enjoyment and would like to continue this special topic throughout 2022/2023.
Have been running numerous cams to scout out prospective areas for this next deer season. Hope to share several nice finds this season.
Please post away for all to enjoy?
Been looking and asked about this. Good to see it's started. One of my favorite threads as well.

He's a little strange ain't he arrow30! Must be something in the water, I've had other bucks with strange racks on the same farm.

There's a handful of guys on here that over the years, have shown us some fine photos. I'm back only recently, but I remember your posts. It's been an inspiration to try to find what walks among us that very few ever see.

Caught this guy skirting our old garden, now a food plot. Just beyond him is a creek crossing. Just planted the food plot a couple of weeks ago. We've had so much rain lately some seeds germinated within a few days. The date and time are not correct.

That's a good looking bear.

We are ate up with bears here. Sows with twins or triplets are pretty common. One boar shot near here last year weighed in at 519#.

Nice pics guys!
This white cedar tree isn't 50 yards from where the bear pic was taken. One day the smaller branch, about 5", was broken off and laying across the driveway. the next day the other branch, about 6" was broken down and laying across the driveway...

Yes, I'm very curious how he looks now. Pics are from family farm. Due to work schedules this summer we have not been able to pull cards very often, of course that may be a good thing.
Hopefully next time I see him it'll be from 15' up.

Nice combo.

That pic would have haunted me for a while
So, the deer in my area do not mind the bears....within an hour of any bear leaving from the camera, they show back up.
That makes me feel a little better. Now I'd there were only an early archery only season for bear in NC.
Finally recovering from EHD kill 2 years ago. Hopefully a few will live thru season so I'll have something exciting to hunt next year.

This will keep you alert while Elk hunting!
Gun, thats a healthy bear. Can they be hunted in your area?
Bigger kitty.

No season for 13 years I think. Healthy population just politics.
Griz without hunting pressure makes for a very dangerous animal in my opinion. Seems the areas without hunting seasons have way more bear attacks
This guy is in trouble come Oct 1
Some dandies on others' cameras this year. Good Luck Y'all. Since Michigan stopped allowing baiting and since I now hunt exclusively from the ground, my trail cameras have been collecting dust in the basement for a few years. I stay out of the forest until it's time to go after those smart and wary National Forest whitetails. It's always a pleasant challenge . . . the deer win most times.
Hope to get out this year!

Badger
BAK, Great picture of a critter we do not get to see.... especially in NY!
Have 7 different bulls on camera right now. One decent, the rest are pretty small. Dates and times on the camera are wrong. I missed the bull in the last picture by 5 minutes. Could hear him bugling and was trying to work over to intercept him (not hunting, just elk watching). A walking elk moves at a pretty good clip though, and by the time I got to the clearing all that was left was a wet spot in his sand pit and the stink of a rutting elk.

The buck I was after
I have 7-8 different bucks on camera at this spot.
I had multiple bears climbing an apple tree I had a stand in to get to apples up high. Probably 5-6 nights a week for several weeks. They trashed the poor tree by breaking limbs bigger than my wrist until their apple supply dwindled. I never saw a bear from this stand. They were only working the night shift!

Sorry about that. [attachment=1] thought I posted half a dozen different photos.

Gene, it looks like you will have to put up a "two man" stand before next apple season! Great pictures everyone!
Could be a shooter or maybe 1 more year:)

I've not seen the first scrape or rub here on our 25 ac. Trail cams show the same does and yearlings but the bucks are elsewhere. Earlier we had a cow horn spike with 6" to 8" spikes and a few fork horns but nothing to write home about.
