Title: Thoughts on Toelke Super Static
Post by: Ruttinghard on August 02, 2022, 07:35:51 AM
Just looking for insight on the Toelke SS. I don't hear much about it, and what I do is more mixed than their other models. I'm currently drawing 31", but may even go longer than that with a bow that fits me better. So anyone with long draws who've shot it are especially encouraged, thank you!

I had a 64" SS.  No problem with my 30" draw.  A good bow.  I guess I just expected a little more difference with the static tips.  Personally I could not see the static part, but a decent bow.

Toelke has always gotten great reviews here and they have been Sponsors for a LONG time.

Not many shoot 31"s, much less 32.  I would co tact them directly with your inquiry as they will give you the true answer to your long draw concerns.  They want happy customers.   :campfire:

Thanks Terry! I should have mentioned, I do have a 64" whip and 60" whistler of theirs. Actually have a 66" whip coming too. Just was curious others opinions having owned the SS.

I had one,and it was smooth, and I shot it pretty well. Dan thought it might not give near full potential with my 28 inch draw since it was designed for much longer draw lengths. I put it up on the St. Jude auction, and talked with the guy that won it,he wasn't super excited about it either, but same type of deal not a super long draw either.

I see now that they offer a longer riser version of it for people with average or shorter draws. I've been thinking about that one.

For your question, I think it would be a great bow for your longer draw.
