BTW Jeff, what do you call that 'beading' you put in random places like on the tip, heel and spine?

I've always enjoyed to look at his work. Simply wonderful!  I would love one of his knives someday

Always admired his work, his knives define traditional to me. One of the reasons I enjoy this site so much.

I remember when Jeff started working with "file work" on his knives...

It's just some decorative file work for a little show. Now if I do anything to the top of the blade, I prefer to add checkering for a good thumb grip.
