Oh my gosh not fathers day week end !!, Im glad ,this is a great shoot with lots of nice people .
Good way to celebrate Fathers Day. Sons and Grand Kids will be excited.
It was a great shoot years back. Took some trophies there too, just not comfortable going there anymore. :banghead:
Hope your going to be there Tim, I'm a sucker for you pretty bows and I'm retired now.
Yes the shoot date has moved this year. We are now the weekend before Father's Day. Hopefully some of you with other Family obligations on that weekend will be able to attend now. We are also looking to expand our vendor base so if you know anyone you would like to see let us know.
Always planned family vacations around it, this year will be on family vacation.
Here is the club web address if you have never taken in this shoot in the past due to it always being on Father's Day weekend. www.rapidsarchery.org
Will there be camping available? If it is how early may you arrive?
Yes there is on site camping. We start setting up at 8:00 am on friday morning so there will be people on site to show you to the camping area.

We are getting closer to this years shoot weekend. The course captains have started their layout for this years event. We layout a new course every year, some shots may be repeated but never the entire course. We strive to keep it fresh and exciting. So mark your calendars (June 11 & 12) we look forward to seeing you at Rapids this year. :archer2:
I for one am excited the date has changed, the 3rd Saturday in June is always Musky opener in Ontario and in the past I have usually been up North. Now I will not have to choose between the two. Hope to see you there. Shane

I hope everyone had a great time at the shoot this year. I did not make it as I had to work all weekend, the joys of being in the utility industry. I do not have the final numbers but the number of shoots was up as were the number of vendors. So until next year Happy Hunting.
