I have a BW PCH and was needing a new string .I have always used factory strings but seeing if anything would be better to use. Thanks
I really like Hunter's Choice bowstrings. They hold up very well, are nicely made and give my humble bow a boost.
I've been using Rick's custom strings, and like them.
You could make your own. Super easy ,no string board or special tools needed and you can customize to your needs. :archer2:
BW makes a quality string; it's as good as any out there. I enjoy making my own strings, and can probably make one better than BW for my particular bow, because I'm not trying to make a string that would work for every bow from 30-70#. If you enjoy doing things yourself, you will be happy making your own strings; if not, it will be a chore and quality strings are not that expensive to buy.

This. Daniel builds the best string I've used and I've tried a few well recommended makers. Quiet, reliable and long lasting.
Nothing but 10 ring strings on my rigs Allen does a heckuva job quality product at a great price along with his customer service

The ONLY strings on my bows - Ten Ring Strings by Allen Schafer
Ten Ring Strings by Allen Schafer. He's a Trad Gang member and with one phone contact you will know you are in good hands. He asks all the right questions to assure that he builds you the exact string you want/need for your traditional bows.
Ten Ring for me as well.
These days I only use strings from Oldgoat's String Shop, but he's kind of a lazy SOB and is pretty unreliable on getting strings made in a timely manner! I have 2 recurves in dire need of new strings for a while now and nothing!
10 ring strings on all my bows.
