Chicken thighs and breasts with some Shiftys, and lemon pepper on the Pit Boss pellet grill, cheesy potatoes, stuffing, and some homemade bbq sauce.

Thanks guys, it turned out great, could have used a bit more Shiftys for my taste, but didn't want to overdo it with the lemon pepper on it too.  Next time I'm going to use some red on some of it .

It's funny I saw this thread this morning and I'm just now getting around to posting on it....

I was having my wild boar sausage loaf sausage loaf and eggs but this morning I added but this morning I added grips.... So I threw in some classic instead of pepper instead of pepper and it was delicious......I deemed them 'hardy grits'.

Ron, that meatloaf looks mighty fine!!! I bet that cast iron makes it taste even better!!!
