We are going there in July, talk to arro makers wife she is a travel agent and works on travel for hunts with Gert Cotzee . Marilyn arranged ours and it is pretty easy .
I hunted with Gert Coetzee in Namibia three years ago. Great experience. I would not hesitate to return. Wife went with me and enjoyed the trip.
Gert will make arrangements for trophy care prior to shipment to the US. I had my trophies shipped to Randy Mayes taxidermy in Stevens Point, WI. He did a pedestal mount of my kudu bull and turned out great. Randy made all arrangements with US customs and coordinated the shipment from Namibia. Randy has extensive experience with African game. Check out his website. European skull mounts were done in Namibia and shipped with the kudu to Randy.

Tim & John,
Thank you so much for the response! I believe the next step would be to secure Travel Arrangements for the end of August.
John - The Kudu looks fantastic :goldtooth:
Tim - I reached out via PM to see if there were more specifics to finding Marilyn as I was not able too.
John - I'll be reaching out to you on overall itinerary and advice considering you did the same hunt...
Again, thank you both for your assistance. It's time to stop feet dragging w/COVID concerns and get this done :campfire: :archer2:

I have also hunted in Namibia and I used Lori Ginn with Travel Express in Montana. She books hunters all over the world. She also booked out motel room in Africa as well. Everything went smooth. She can also take care of your travel insurance. I wouldn't even try to do all the arrangements that she made. She will monitor your flights right up till the time you leave. One of our flights was cancelled and before we even knew about it, she had us booked on another flight. We still made it in time for our Africa flight. Without her help, we would have been standing in an airport wondering what to do next.
