Seems some are having issues searching for threads....and I think most are over looking the 'Advance Search' feature..... Please look at this image carefully....

Now, pay close attention to ALL of the features to help you find what you are looking for.... go to Search and play around and understand what all you can do in a search....

Hopefully many will benefit from this post.... and maybe others can direct people to this thread that are unaware in the future.

Compliments of Rob:
Search Engine Woes ...
if you do a search for the phrase Bone Broadheads, you will get a zillion replies because the search engine will search for each of those words separately and not the entire two word phrase ...
17 PAGES of results ...
[attachment=1]
instead, encapsulate the phrase with quotes as "Bone Broadheads", and you will get replies specific to that complete phrase ...
3 specific results ...

Thanks Roy, its in the 2nd image I posted "animal farm" just for reference....
This allows more exact searches, and you can also see the choice between subject and body of a post.
Thanks for sharing this! I was unaware of the advanced search, though I've used the standard search a few times.
OK, how do I search for all the posts that I've made, not knowing a specific topic? :dunno:
I'm not sure if this will work for you, but it does for me since I'm a moderator.
Click on BAK over there on the left.

Then click on show posts in the next window.

If it works for you, all your posts will be listed.
Then you can also choose topics....meaning posts you started and attachments you've made...
It worked guys, thanks. :bigsmyl:
