Back in March I sent my beloved Black widow long bow back to Black widow to have a few pounds taken off. I needed to do this because of a sore shoulder and, well, 69 birthdays.
They of course did an awesome job! THANKS!!
This fall I used that bow to take two fine animals.
Sept 3 I shot a mule deer buck and on the morning of October 18 a whitetail.
49#Black widow longbow.
Gold tip shaft.
100gr brass insert.
And
A very sharp 12gr Woodsman.[attachment=1][attachment=2]
Joe, I suspect that was a 125 grain Woodsman, right?
Smile and congrats.

Well done Joe! Beautiful bucks. Congratulations!
Joe, congratulations on two fine deer and a smart move on having the BW boys reduce weight on your PL. Everything worked out, congrats again.

Very nice Joe. You've got a food season going. Beautiful velvet mulie.
Awesome !!! :clapper: :clapper: :clapper:
That's getting it done Joe! Great job! Are you elk hunting this year?
 :archer:
I did not draw an elk tag this year. While on my deer hunt i saw a few elk. After killing my buck I moved to an area that has over the counter licenses. I hunted there for days days and never even saw one!
But a great adventure!
Nice shootin!
