Greetings from down Safford way.
Nock size on aluminum shafts is 'generally' dictated by the first two numbers of the shaft size. The 22 in 2219 indicates 22/64s  which would take an 11/32 nock. Smaller shaft sizes such as the 2018s would take a 5/16th nock.
A few shaft sizes such as the 2213 are stepped down before the nock swage and take a 5/16th nock rather than an 11/32nd.  Clear as mud, 'eh ??

Apache Bowhunters of Globe Az. is hosting a wood arrow/ longbow shoot this coming week-end 7/8 Nov.
C'mon on down and meet the guys.

I used the swaged aluminum for quite a few years.  I always used 5/16 on mine.

I like to see some bare aluminum when the nock is seated all the way. That's the way I learned from George Zeglier back in the mid 70's when he had the Bow&arrow shop in Glendale. I can't recall his reasoning but it's worked for me for all these years.
