Hello all,
Looking to take my boys on there first hog hunt. We live in NJ. Texas can't be done because there are no direct flights and a waist Of two days just in travel time.
Anyone have experience in southeast ? Florida, Carolinas, Georgia ?
My boys are teenagers and both trad shoot. TIA
Cypress Creek Outfitters in Estill SC. They are running the hunting operation on the formerly Wild Things property. Our group from PA has hunted there 13 times. You could say we love it there.
Still hunting the swamps in the morning and sitting stands in the evening is the standard mode of hunting. The staff is great and the genuine southern cooking is outstanding. The bunk house is clean, dry, and cozy.
The property is game rich. Everything from alligators to deer, and of course, lots of hogs. It is definately fair chase no fence hunting. Love it there!
Are they letting gun hunters hunt hogs?

Yeah, it's pretty much anything goes now.The website shows AR's hanging on the very pegs we hang our stickbows on. Charlie tends to keep the gun hunters on the "hill", leaving the swamp for Bowhunters.
Terry, I sent you a PM.
russelloutdoorguides.com Jerry Russell is a sponsor here and will show you guys a great time His hog hunts are in Georgia
Greg Campbell in Georgia. Small one man operation but you will be hunting free ranging hogs by fair chase. Hunted with him often in the 1990's. Google him for website and contact info.
