So I've not been around here in a while as life sometimes gets in the way of things. Been missing sharing stories of hunting and gear and such , I'm sitting in a tree now with one of my ILF rigs watching the world come alive. Back in November my sister had a massive heart attack and her husband also had many medical issues. With nothing going good for them I moved them to my place out in the country. My sister only has 18% heart function now and is on the transplant list and her husband Jack passed last week at my house. He loved to bowhunt and fish and I took him out as much as I could until he was just unable to go any longer. And being a fireman in a big city ain't been much fun these days but we will all endeavor to persevere. Still doing my thing been shooting some ILF rigs and have a new longbow on order from JT Traditional ( can't wait to get it ).
Anyway hope everyone is doing well here and I hope to get back to my old ways of posting here. I need to send my $$ in so I can get back into the classifieds here I do miss that a lot. Good luck to all in your hunts...

Sorry to hear about this hard providence over the last year. I pray the Lord will renew your strength as a caregiver and that you will enjoy the time you do get out. As Fred said "Nothing clears the mind like shooting a bow".
