I wanted to take a minute to publicly say thanks to Smokin Joe.
I had a shoulder replacement this summer and wanted some advice as to rehab, training, time, etc. I got all the info. I wanted, and some good tips. It helped a lot. Another example of the good people on here.
I will be shooting a 3D on Sunday with my right hand. It will take a while to shoot lefty again, but I am greatful for getting in a shoot this season. Thanks again 'Smokin Joe'
Excellent
You are very welcome, Ken. It's good to know your recovery is going well. I know it is a ton of work to get the muscles back after such a serious and invasive surgery, and I am impressed that you are shooting already. Keep it up, things only get better from here.

I'm proud to call him one of my best friends. Joe is a Champ! :readit:
Hey ken. Glad your able to shoot and whip them fellas butts again. I agree joe is top notch. He drug my heat stroked butt out of the swamp in SC and offered me all the water he had.
I'll never forget it
Joe knows some stuff fer sure!
Gentlemen:
Thanks for the kind words.
Joe
Glad you're able to shoot with the 'right' hand. Slow and steady with the rehab on the left hand. I found that over-doing it on days when I felt well was hard to avoid, but necessary to prevent further damage. Shoot well! :archer2:
Joe's posts convinced me to go ahead with reverse replacement and it's been great.
