Title: #13
Post by: pdk25 on June 07, 2020, 02:32:52 AM
Hog #13 for the year.  Still using one of my Talltines Traditional Archery stickflingers and VPA 3 blades.  Gave our pup some tracking, but this 175# plus boar only made it 30 yards.

Thanks guys.

The shots were pretty close and easy.  The shot is usually the easy part of hog hunting.  Getting close without getting winded is the ticket.  Got a system for that at my place that stacks the odds in my favor.

Some big roasts on this fella.  One for the freezer, and one for the oven.
