Title: Osage Rub trees

Just identified the trees that I have found several different large rubs on all in different areas, seems to be a communal rubbing tree in my area, recognized the bark from plant identification but could not place it ,,, yep osage orange, anyone else seen this. Also Sunday found a huge brand spankin new stinky fresh scrape, man our deer are party animals. too many does I reckin.

They're just trying to booger the staves before anyone gets the idea of making a bow.

I better cut the trees soon or that big fellow will have widdled it down eh Dave.

Yeah as I remember it you did have one nice straight one, cut it down this fall and stand in its place with some osage bark camo, its gotta work!

You can stand there Dave that big fellow could put a hurten on a little smaller fellow like me, messen with his signpost.

Sounds like an invite to me. Got any osage tree bark camo I could borrow and maybe some yellow christmas ornaments!!!!!
