I had an issue with a 2015 TD riser. I was not the original owner but it was basicly new when I got it. Anyway, I contacted Bear customer service and sent my riser in. They replaced it , no questions. Just got the new one. Build great bows and stand behind them, seems like a winning combination. :clapper:
What was the issue?
The bottom limb pocket was coming away from the riser. About .05 at the biggest gap. It had been getting worse for a few years. Anything you buy can have issues,it's how a company handles those issues that sets them apart.

I've always had great customer service from Bear Archery.
Another happy camper bere I can't say enough about the quality of their Customer service.
That doesn't surprise me at all. My experience with Bear customer service has been excellent.
A coworker found out I had the complete Fred Bear DVR series and wanted to borrow them. When he returned them I had the urge to rewatch! What classic videos. It should be required watching of every bow hunter annually.
