What does your knife carry group look like? Here are some of the tools I carry. Top is a Shrew Hawk for extended hunts for hogs. Also, a Shrew neck knife goes most times I'm in the woods. The pig sticker (coupe de graz) and the general purpose (Cinco) knives with Ironwood burl handles are both Customs by Terry Knause. They go along most times. The Buck Lite with camo sheath was my first hunting knife and goes for the ride, usually gets first blood. Have a BK-14 and RAT 3 that ride in the pack, as back up for long skinning jobs.(multiple hogs) When longbow or recurve is my primary weapon.
Just a folding Kershaw with a 3.25" blade.

Looks like your going off to war.
I carry a folding pocket knife.
Ya never know in South Texas! Always good to have options!
I'm usually hunting behind the house, so if I even carry a knife, it's a 3" folder.
All I carry is 1. A Boker folder
I carry three. Two fixed and one big folder(this one every where).
I carry a 3 inch fixed blade knife made by my dad and an AG Russel folding semi skinner. If I am scouting and I know I will be be making lanes I carry a 7 in Marbles Trailmaker.
Wow that's an awesome hawk! Man. Hooo. I have been watching eBay for quite a while to find a good deal on a used custom one for my possibles bag and plains rifle (I won't buy anything unless it's used, or requires repair or assembly :saywhat:).
This right here is all I carry. I'm a stalker/still hunter. I will cache an external pack frame with my game bags, rope, and hatchet nearby though if I am hiking more than 3/4 mile to get to where I'm hunting. Or preferably in a base camp if it's a weekend (I hunt the Catskill mountains up here).

Oh and erm, once I get the quarters home and start processing, all I really use is a good fillet knife mostly.
I take a C375 Gerber and a Browning folder. I also carry a folding pocket knife every day, a CRKT M16 - 13Z, but it is not a hunter.
My EDC is a Kershaw Knockout. Hunting it usually stays home. But it does do a great job on skinning hogs. "Cinco" top knife 5" blade. Is good for most chores in field, but "Coupe de Gras" is great for finishing a hog, or cutting brush. Both customs have Ironwood burl handles.
I am a knife nut and I like high carbon steel forged knifes my EDC is a Tops folder 3.5 but hunting I will carry a different custom forged knife when I am out stumping or hunting.
I'm a Knifoholic, as well. Have pared down from 75+ to @30 that all have missions. Orange handle BK-14 and the top pic (RAT 3), are my back-up, pack knives. Bottom pic, is knives gifted to me, or knives no longer available. RAT 3 is the original ESEE 3, Ontario Cutlery designed it for ESEE.
