This bow was made circa 1996, it is a Zircote riser, with Tonkin cane core and limb laminations. Does anyone know what style or bow it was patterned after? Best pic I have available.
Ooops! Wrong pic, that is a MOAB. With my camp-on-my-back set-up. Still looking for pic of Big River, might have to take another.
Chalk it up to age! Here are three views, riser, fades, and limbs. It's dusty!
Looks like it was patterned after the 1962 Kodiak.
He had a 59 replica and a black widow replica but I'm not sure of all the other models he made. Reach out to brian, goes by the handle big river here. Bet he'd know
I think it is a 50s style, I have a few that style. I think it is is own design. He has 59 and 69 bear replicas. That one is a little different.
Thanx, I always knew it was a special bow. My first custom, and it started a love affair with Big River bows.
They are great shooters, was one of my first Bigrivers also.
Thanx!!! It still gets a go at hogs, when I'm not shooting the LB.
