What would a full set of Legends of the Longbow (29 volumes?), like brand new, all signed and numbered by Glenn be worth these days?
There is a set on Ebay signed and numbered with a "buy it now" price of $1075.00.
I don't know what they are worth but expect they will be worth more if you sign them too.
x2 what Daniel said
I recently bought a complete set for $500.
I sold my set a couple of years ago for $475
Dude - I have a set - signed by Gene Wensel!!! :) - worth way more than an ordinary set LOL - I think Glenn signed them too - gotta check

The set I need to sell are Publishers Proofs. They are the final proof copies in hard cover just like the limited edition sets sold. These are new and have never been read. Very few were printed but all signed by Glenn.
The set I need to sell is a Publisher's Proof for a great friend's widow. They are brand new, numbered PP, unread, hard cover and all signed by Glenn.
If you become a contributing member you could put them in the classifieds.
Tom....Gene and Barry have been Sponsors for years. They both have access to Sponsor and Regular Classifieds :campfire:
$20 a piece is $580
$35 a piece is $1015
$725 is the median of the high/low values
These will appeal to mostly traditional bow-hunters who also like and want to read; that's a narrow market for a 29-book collection. Even those who do like and want to read may not necessarily want to read all of what's in the collection. Also, I would guess that most of these readers already have the majority of the titles that they want in their collection which they've picked up along the way over time.
I'd guess that unless you find the just right collector, your probably looking at $550-700 shipped. I could be off in value, but these numbers seem reasonable to me.

Ah... good to know. Thanks.
Definitely worth more than my set of unnumbered and signed.
