Title: Brooke's First Deer Track with Me

Brooke (10 weeks on July 4th) tracked a deer tail drag 60 yards today.  The drag was 2 hours old and the tail had a little blood on it from being in my freezer.  I laid it out in a big circle with a couple R & L turns in it and going through some high brush.  Jolanta Jeanneney has had the pups on deer legs and hide drags for the past two weeks.  I'm pretty excited!  She also saw a rabbit on a walk and I put her on the spot where the rabbit took off.  She was right on it.  I had to pick her up before the high grass went into poison ivy.  Having fun...tippit

Sounds like a good start. You guys will be on 12 hour tracks in no time.
