I have been using a GFA side quiver for a lot of years now, love it but it is time for a replacement. It has served me well but has seen better days. I have noticed that the GFA quiver is no longer available. So, short of some miracle involving a new GFA quiver....what are some options?
Closest I have found is the powderhorn by cedar ridge leather or the shrew scout from LaClair.
Opinions? Options?
I have one of these and really like it.
Plus they are a sponsor.
If you are into a bow quiver?

There's a really nice and new GFA in the classifieds. Great Northern also makes this style called the Sidekick. Good luck!
Did not see a GFA quiver in classifieds....overlooked or missed it.
Not sure what type options you are looking for but personally I'm no fan of bow quivers. If you try a hip quiver you may like it better. Know I do and have used one since the 80s
I made my GFA style quiver with an old Selway bow quiver, a slat of wood and a shoulder strap. Plenty of old Selway's around.

I have been using the Powderhorn quiver exclusively for over 10 years now. It still looks as good as the day I first bought it. Art Vincent is a craftsman. All I do as recommended by Art, is treat the leather once a year with vegetable oil

"Art Vincent is a craftsman."
And it sure shows in his products, they are heirloom quality.
I have to get me another Rover back quiver. You know, one or those things you shouldn't have sold...
Art Vincent does great work for sure. If you don't find what you like from him feel free to check out my website for several options. I handcraft all these here at my shop in Yukon, OK. Happy to answer any questions about my products.
