Read the rules they agreed upon when they registered....
It would save them , admin, mods, members, and Tradgang a LOT of grief. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I always said the same thing when I stopped someone for a traffic violation. :dunno:
Most will abide by rules some just feel the rules are for everyone else. The rules on this site are easy to read and understand.
The guidelines are both designed and intended to significantly benefit and serve as advantagious protection for all.
We must periodically revisit the basics in order to maintain the integrity of the Trad Gang foundation on which it stands.
All of us are responsible and together we ensure the continual gifting of this wonderful traditional community.
Thanks guys....and yes, The rules are to protect every member from the site being invaded or turned into something it was never intended to be.
I went to the top of the Pow Wow and read the Newbie information just to refresh myself. Are the actual rules posted somewhere that I can go to and take a look periodically?
OkKeith
Apparently number one is respect each other. Number two is don't mention any weapon besides a traditional style bow.
I learned both pretty quick.[emoji16]

Yep and some of us that been around "me" need to re-read the rules. Thank you Mr. Green
Keith... what you read at the top of the page 'off topic info'...... That's the rules.
The 3 biggest infractions as of late are....
People trying to sell on the Powwow in slick ways.... Which also includes trying to get around the classifieds.
Too much mention of other Weapon types.
Soliciting for donations and raffles.
Again those are the top 3 as of lately.
Thanks Terry... I appreciate all the work you and the other MODs do.
OkKeith
Terry keep up the good work, seems like some people want to make there own rules with out even reading the rules and it gets a lot of topics going the wrong way, witch in turn if not addressed would turn this great site into something it was not intended to be. Thanks to all who maintain the site.
Mr. Green; You'll find that many people can't read, or understand. At my part time job I get asked the same questions repeatedly. I just turn and point to the sign behind me.
I'm pretty new here, so if I get out of line, Please slap me back in line.
Even if it takes two slaps. :knothead:
You are a Sponsor Bob....doesn't pertain to you Sir!
I just want to make sure Sponsors know if they didn't read the thread a few weeks ago.... Their rules for posting are different and always have been.
:campfire:
Great place Terry, Thanks all been 15 years....
Thanks Sir...you sure have been a tried and true member since the beginning. :notworthy:
Yes SIXTEEN years (as of tomorrow for me) of awesome Trad stuff....! Great place to be...
I'm a youngster, only 13 years!
I honestly don't believe many people even read the rules when registering.
Yes sir you are correct..... And then they get pierced when we and forced them.
Hence, the reason for this thread. :campfire:
This has been a great place. I don't say much but i sure appreciate you making it what it is. Thanks for the hard work Terry.

Wow, had to go look. Be 16 years in June. :shaka:
TG has been my go to place for trad info and enjoyment on the internet for many years...Rules must be made and followed to keep it that way...Terry, You and your support crew do a great job with this site...Thanks for the job you do and for keeping this site the good place it is...
What a lot of folks don't seem to get (gotta admit it took me a few tries) is that the rules here are the rules...instead of asking "Why don't you allow...?" they should be telling themselves that it doesn't matter "why", only that it is. We are all guests here. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
Had a friend once that wouldn't allow shoes in his house. I never thought to question why, just took off my shoes at the door like the rest of the family.
Always thought knowing the rules just made everything that much easier. Awesome site thank you for all your hard work!
